Anyone seen Sponge Bob?

After fighting and losing a good fish and knocking another one off at the gaff, Roman decided to catch something a little slower and easier to gaff so that his ol'man could post something to show what a great time we had fishing at Cabrillo (with the 'ringers') ....post anything.... :D:D:D







Well, we caught this one fellow, Patrick but his other friend the sponge seemed to have eluded us that day. Maybe next time.

Thanks for all the positive reply's. It was a good day for fishing and for others a good day for catching. I'm glad we had the chance to meet-up with some of Cabrillo's "finest", you are all a good bunch of "kayaker-men" and we look forward to fishing again with you in the future. Someday we'll hook and land a big one for Roman and get to go on that red-sled-ride that he so covets! :wsb::yt::wsb: Roman is 13 years old and wants to become an Ichthyologist and solve real-world problems for us, and I have no doubt he'll make it.
