didnt end up making it out, had to loan the truck out. Did end up buying a new Avet MXJ for the Calstar 700L i bought off of kayakhunter the other day though. Cant wait to put it to use. Glad to see you came back carbon.

Made it out on the water about 8, headed south and fished kelp for a short wsb and sandbass in about 30 ft. Headed over to look for the pipe and got a decent sandy. Got skunked on the long jetty. Headed in and got a pencil cuda by the barge. Got em all on big hammers and gulp jerk shads. It was slow out there for me, but don't have a FF so I was blind fishing. Couldn't beat the day though, it was beautiful out there!

Yea u know as others have said there are some respectable people on here, besides lurking is gay. Nice to hear someone welcoming me back c u out there. U can join me and my friend on weds gonna see if the bones are still there

wish i could unfortunately ill be in the dentist chair at 11 am gettin a root canal. Seen the few bones showin up in counts...good luck gettin into some. gotta be fun catching those on the yak.
