That and the fact that they still haven't found that salami sandwich that I lost in the surf:mad:

This swell won't get to the launch. You'll be able to paddle out with sunglasses on and not a drop of water on them.

Surfline this morning says" Doom awaits kayakers" or at least that is the way i read it. Friday and Sat look like killer days to die 8ft waves. in Santa monica bay. Monday is looking better since its a holiday.

So who is going out with me on Thursday morning? Red Outback with a guy staring blankly at the water.

If I get lucky and see you at any of the given 34 launch sites from SD to OC and I hit the right hour also, I will say hello....

That is affirmative... lifeguards came all the way out to my little canyon spot 3-4 miles due west of Torrey Pines State Park in their boat and said it would be best to stop chumming and come in... now where is the fun in that, after the long ass haul up there?
P.S. Twice my HX's were not enough:eek:, and now I gotta replace that damn pinion bearing... user error!:o
