Lawsuits run on money. Help stop the sham environmentalism of the anti-fishing (but apparently sewage loving and approving of oil drilling) MLPA by donating to the Ocean Access Protection Fund. Robert C Fletcher, Coastside and UASC will battle corruption in court on Sept 26. They need ammunition. Do your part - the legal costs are piling up!

As everyone here should know, La Jolla is poised to be encircled by reserves that will take the south kelp out of play, close the pier and points north to everything but mackerel for bait, and push the inside reserve line out to the point. The closure date was set for Oct 1. It's been delayed due to red tape, but that reprieve won't last forever.
