Doing this from my phone so its somewhat of an experiment hooped Dana last night from sundown till 10:30 bugs were crawling well and there was no one around and no dogs until some Jack wagon rolls up in a zodiac with a big knot head behind him "how is it going?" The dog traded his Macs for my salmon and shut me down I oved to the short wall where he left me alone for 20 minutes until I went to pull I managed 2 keepers and one red rock crab

couldnt figure out how to load a picture from the phone.Going to make chowder.Lots of good recipes out there,just remember to add the steam water into the chowder for all the stock/flavor.

Dana has allways been a numbers game.I actually had a lot that were VERY close too.Going to Catalina soon.Its supposed to be good but you hoop in deep water(over 100 ft sometimes)

I was under the impression that one is not supposed to hoop off the short wall - it all has to be outside the long wall or well outside the harbor.

Am I incorrect?

You can hoop off the short wall.You CAN NOT hoop inside on either wall.

You cant hoop anywhere inside the harbor. They get quite penis like if you try...

ya being such a small harbor it interferes way to much with the boat traffic. Good luck out at Catalina.
