Artificial Reefs

Good article called "Informed Angler, page 82" in the Pacific Coast Sportfishing mag on artificial reefs. With all of the MLPA fight this is a positive, great idea to create new reefs in areas that are not closed and provide homes for those fish that will expand out of the MLPA zones.
