Seems to be for most of SoCal.
How much would these winds affect my outing for Thurday? Is it safe?
I was going to fish seal rock...Do I dare go?

Wind waves at 6 feet
Bring an extra towel to wipe off any possible droplets of moisture that may fall on you.
Bring a 60 pound anchor to prevent a vacation in Catalina
Bring a pair of BBB (Big Brass Balls)
It aint gonna be fun. Save it for another day.
