From what I know of the 2 the only thing that would be keeping you from getting the PA is your budget. If you dont have about 3000 for a pro angler. If your looking at outbacks though here is a deal I found you may like http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/spo/2853194496.html

The budget isn't an issue it fish ability and portability I really like pro angler but also love outback will bring using a roof rack for transportation. Any one have any pros or cons

The PA is easier to transport than my stealth 12, which was 40 lbs lighters. I love my PA.

If I was to decide between the outback and the PA
I would get this one:

Oh wait I already did:D

But if the budget really isn't an issue get one of each
and a Revo and the Ocean Kayak Ultra 4.7
then you would all your bases covered:luxhello:

Don, you finally got something you can fit all those WSB in? Can't wait to see pics with her all loaded up.

Between the outback and the pro angler? Go with the pro angler. I would make your choice based on what is better to fish from, not what is easier to transport.

Don't get the PA if you don't have a truck. No truck NO PA.

I have both an Outback and a PA. While the outback is lighter, I prefer the PA for it's stabilty and space. I have a pickup though so am not sure about the loading on a car. Check to see if the rating on the rack of your vehicle will handle 80-90 pounds. If it does you should be fine.

I am quite new to the kayaking bit but just this last week went out and did some reserch and looking around at a lot of kayaks and found that the PA was the best fit for myself. I am 6'1" and this kayak has a lot of room and plenty of space to store items. I also bought the thule adjustible truck rack for my dodge 1500 and i had no problems by myself putting it up on the rack. You should have no problems putting it on your car rack. I was also in the debate between the outback and PA. PA won. Taking it out this week end for the first time.
