Looking to get a radio, found deal on Standard Horizon HX290. Anyone using one?

I need to pick up a radio since I have had the yak for about 6 months now and still haven't got one... Found a deal posted on Slickdeals for $106.95 before a $20 MIR, thinking about grabbing it. Any negatives I should know about? I already have GPS on the FF.
