Below is a screenshot of newport just outside of the harbor. 450' south of the bouy is an area labeled Newport Beach Marine Life Refuge of Biological Intrest. Its 0.1 miles wide and 0.2 mile long. What is this and is it safe to http://i1225.photobucket.com/albums/ee392/williamnovotny/2012-05-09054228.png fish around?

Not really sure about that area, but it appears there are plenty of pink chickens that can be caught nearby :D

I wouldn't go in there. That's the Bermuda Triangle.
