Below is a screenshot of newport just outside of the harbor. 450' south of the bouy is an area labeled Newport Beach Marine Life Refuge of Biological Intrest. Its 0.1 miles wide and 0.2 mile long. Not really sure about that area, but it appears there are plenty of pink chickens that can be caught nearby :D
