Just got a Hobie Revo, my first Hobie.
Was cleaning it today and found this rolling around when I opened the back hatch. Any idea where it goes?

H2O removal device. Make sure you always have fresh batteries in it.

"reciprocating dingle-arm"
Matt, isn't that what you sit on when you're on your kayak?

The extra rudder pin will go on the underside of the hatch on the back....

The stock rudder and sailing rudder are NOT mounted using this pin, they are mounted onto the rudder mechanism using a 6CCY magnetized optimizer which is linked to the BP6X triangular shaft.

Exactly what it is. And it will work with all rudders.
There should be a notch on the underside of the back hatch as well as the center hatch to hold the spare pin.

True-dat. The rudder pin has nothing to do with the how the rudders are mounted

Thanks for all the informative and funny answers, I like it.
At first glance I thought it was part of the Flux Capacitor, there is a 1.21J stamped in it. :D
