BTW, This charter falls on the Islander 2.5day trip #2 in June, so at least 20 members will not make this list.

sorry to seem pessimistic but i really just dont understand where your gettin the rates...can you give us a list of possible boats these trips might be going on on?? i mean an open party 3/4 out of SD last i checked was like 90-100...to charter of the Dana Wharf boats that will still be comfortable with 24 guys for an all day is gonna cost probably close to 85 bucks a head?
if you can make it happen i'm all for it like i've mentioned in previous posts. Again, i guess well just play it by ear.

I got my prices strait from calling the harbors for paying in cash.
That's why I said if people don't show that say they are it comes out of my pocket.
When you pay in cash to almost any boat you get a discount due to they don't have to report it as income and its cash strait into their pockets.
I have to collect money upfront to cover my but so I am not paying $400 out of my pocket which should have only cost me $90 just like everyone else.
As of right now I am thinking about just doing little 6 pack boats for fun even though they cost more since people don't seem to interested in these trips.
Yes this is a kayak fishing sight but I am just trying to do something fun to help other anglers get together and catch fish.
Sorry I will get down off my soap box just don't like getting criticized for doing something helpful.
