Got up early and got to the pier in moonlit darkness. No bait at the pier was a sign of trouble. Lots of grass and kelp all over. Made one lizard after gray light that I bounced around. Went to the point but couldn't find bait there either. Didn't try too hard though. Some boaters gave me a couple of sardines which I promptly fed to some bonies. Water has turned over and is green and dirty, though the vis is still pretty decent. Called it an early day as I was not getting a good vibe.
