And I also ran across another one of these, 37" and 20 lbs. in 113 feet of water on squid.

Yellowtail were everywhere; I could tell by the circling terns (and bent rods and hollering on the boats), but they wouldn't eat my spanish mack. And I'm OK with that.

Great vid Larry. I know other inshore/reef fish leave the reefs to spawn in open water but didn't know sargo do this too. Mike

Here is the video of the halibut catch unedited, no music. Note the dead silence, just hoping to get a gaff shot before the inevitable "halibut freak-out". Amazing how they sometimes just sit there like they are waiting patiently for you to make a mistake.
