Its the only barge nearby that caters to shore anglers and I was wondering if anyone has seen their bait lately? Looking for big dines and maybe small macs mixed in.

If your meaning the one near north harbor drive by the fishing pier, i dont know how the bait looks but I do know they are $10 for a bait tank full of dines.
