Some Halibut recipes

Busted out some cook books, and came across these 4 Hali recipes. They all sound pretty good, I'll put them to the test this week and report back.
I would cook one tonight but I've already got a hot date who's got her heart set on a YT Collar. At least she knows whats good :D
