getting more familiar with how the yak performs and how she drifts with wind and currents and what not
any suggestions on how to improve/add to my novice quiver?
would like to catch yellows, wsb, and halibut north cty l.a.

Cardiffs are nice little reels. SeaLine by Daiwa, cant go with a more durable reel for the money.
Both can be found from members on here, Craigs List or Ebay.

have also heard good things about the sealines.
will post adventures.
still need a FF (saving for) and (per a recent thread)a radio. (any suggestions on one?)

one word...Squidco. Let them know how much you can spend, what,where and how you fish. They will set you up and they have the best prices in town.

i have heard good things about squidco, but they are by SD airport and i am by LAX.

Mikey "Taylor Tackle" has a new store in Marina Del Rey, you have to call info
it's called Marina Kayak, I believe...I have already been there to check it out go see um, it's a new store, on Lincoln I think
