launch areas

Guys and Gals I have been surfing around to find a post listing all the launch areas. I know I have seen this before but now I can not find it anywhere. Could you guys post up any of the launch sites that are normally used along with any of the important info like huge swells or big shore break ect. Maps or directions would be great. Again i'm not asking for secret fishing holes just the most used launch sites. I appreciate any help you can give us.
