Itll work on any kayak you just may need to add eyelets.

I will put up an official GB thread by tomorrow afternoon, just playing catchup. Discount will likely be somewhere in the 18-20% area with a 10 person minimum.

I had this seat on an outback all you need is buy the hobie plugs...get a screwdriver..heat it up and make two holes...add eyelets and you are golden. Sold it with the kayak a while back but just got the s9 so going back to what i know works. its money well spent especially at this group buy price. Im in for one....Can i pick mine up at sunset?

I'll prob regret this later, but I'll have to pass for now. Even with the nice discount, I think I need the money to buy heavier gear for my June Islander Mothership trip.

Right now, my Hobie seat feels ok, and my friend gave me this cool foam pad that fits perfect for my back. Keep us posted on how y'all like this seat. Good luck with the buy.

Short and simple, We already have 10 guys that have committed. Pricing is 175.00 on these seats for the GB, thats 20% off. If you need them shipped that runs 12.95. Tax is not included.


I need everybody who is in on the GB to PM me and tell me if you want it picked up at SSB, MB, or shipped. You MUST PM and get a reply about P/U location before you can pick it up to ensure we have the inventory available.

With that said,

We have 10 so it is a go, you can order on the special buy up until Wed 5/22. Just send a PM top me and wait for reply before attempting to pick up. For pickup's you can pay when you come in. For Shipping we will discuss payment with your PM.
