So technicially for this event you can preregister up until 24 hours before Sept 30, 2013 on Sept 29th
and still catch something on Sept 30th before midnight and win all the money.
Upgrades always allowable.

Er... uh, mmm... I don't think I do. I honestly didn't think that fish would be anything other than dinner, let alone contending! Just wanted to get the troops posting their catch.

It's all good though. I know someones got to have that 24 incher they are about to post! (with the right tape shot, too!) :cheers1:
