A good launch wasted... launched at 4:20 to small surf, bait was scarce at the pier, but picked up on some good learning tips from Brad and Tyler. Thanks guys. Wind was steady out of the SSW until greylight, then it picked up and continually got worse. Mist, wind, and generally a miserable day made worse by the continued lack of fish caused an early day at 10am. The surf was definitely higher than when I launched, But I managed to ride a large set in on my FND barge!:kayak-surfer:

Hopefully things will get better soon! I really want my first fish.... again!:D

Hey Chuck,

I was supposed to be launching with Tyler, but I flaked as I just wasn't motivated for it! Stayed home and will be launching tomorrow for sure! That first fish is coming for you don't worry! I will be with you on the 27th for sure!!!!hahaha:D

That pretty much sums it up for me. Water temps took a dump, and the surf has picked up a little. Got to watch a few people get nailed on the way in :kayak-surfer:.
