One day Easyday might get to try this out. But I'm not holding my breath :the_finger:

Tony, Steve, Roby,Greg, Jim and MrJB should have plenty to test it out on =)

Let me know how it comes out if you try it. I'm doing mine this weekend. I have 7lbs of ribs on the smoker or I would do it tonight :D

There is absolutely nothing exotic about that recipe
Everything can be found at a local store. If you don't want to pay for a whole thing of a spice you'll never use, go to sprouts. They sell in bulk so you can buy just 2 tsp of something for pennies.

1 teaspoon cumin seed

1 teaspoon coriander seed

2 teaspoons garam masala

2 teaspoons sweet Paprika

1 teaspoon hot Chilli powder

Juice of half a Lemon

2 tablespoons groundnut oil

1 teaspoon Salt

0.5 teaspoon Turmeric

1 tablespoon Tomato puree

3 Cloves Garlic crushed

Large knob of fresh root Ginger finely grated

4 Fillets halibut about 150g each, skinned

Drake, my mouth was watering just watching it. Don't have any halibut yet, but I've got nice sand bass filets that I'm going to try out. I'll report after the weekend.

I'll try that recipe sometime, even though I don't like ramsey much..

I have used Emeril's recipe for lemon and herb encrusted halibut, absolutely delicious.

You can never go wrong with an Emeril recipe for any type of meal.

Easyday,
You'll get one. Time on the water - as they say - and you are clocking in. I know you will.
