WTB reel and rod

I am looking for a rod and reel combo. I want a Sealine 20 or equivalent and a rod to match that would be acceptable for use with yellow tail and wsb. I am looking to pay around 100 for a combo used. If I don't find anything, I'll buy the combo that I found retail for 150.

I got a few customed Calstar glass rods, 6.5 footer, rated #20-30#. (don't remember the blank model), Chrome guides, Fuji reel seat. Let me know if you are interested.

I might have what you're looking for but I'm a long way away from you.
Japanese made Sealine (not Thailand) with rod clamp. Took it out four times...Only a few small scratches...in excellent cosmetic condition and like new condition mechanically.
The rod:
Nearly perfect condition...hardly used
7'...15-40# graphite...anodized reel seat
