New to the kayak fishing

Hello, I got into kayak fishing about 6 months, for the most part I fish some Lakes near my house in the Inland Empire, I also fish inside Newport Bay and occasion I get out from the jetty to the buoy, with no luck. I heard La Jolla and Dana point are good fishing grounds, any suggestions on where can I launch at La Jolla and Dana point?

Baby beach is free and boat ramp is $10 for DP. For LJ there is a public launch area next to la jolla tennis and beach club.

NP BTW First few thousand yards at the LJ launch is MPA.
