WTB: 2-seater kayak for fishing

Looking for a friend who wants to be able to take his son out kayak fishing.

No make or model requests at the moment, just trying to see whats out there for him. Something that was at least moderately rigged (rod holders, hatches) for fishing would be great.

Would prefer Los Angeles to Ventura area.
