I found a crack on my Lifeproof case for my S3
Filled out the online warranty form
Got an email Monday stating that my new case was in the mail
Can't beat that kind of service

I blew mine out with an air compressor and it separated the screen from the frame. Got a replacing days later. Great customer service.

Ditto; I have had great customer service from LifeProof. But my take is that they have a great replacement policy because they are aware that they do not have a great product. It is a great idea, it looks well made, but it is not durable. I have worn through three cases in under two years. They replaced it twice and then told me that was my last replacement. I am now on my third and final case, which is now falling apart and I am looking for an alternative that is in fact LifeProof.
