Fred Hall Demo DAZE

OEX Sunset Beach will be hosting demo days on the weekend before Fred Hall Long Beach as well as the weekend after Fred Hall Mar 2 and Mar 15,16.

This is an opportunity to try before you buy. I will have the Hobie Pro Angler to demo as well as the Native Slayer and Mariner, along with all the others from Jackson, Malibu, Hobie, Wilderness, Ocean Kayak. I have never been kayaking and would like pick some folks brains and try out a kayak or two. I really would like to get into the sport, any thoughts on this? What do I need to bring?

You don't really need to bring anything. I would come with an idea of what you think may work for you. I rent kayaks EVERY day, this is a chance to try several for comparisons and figure out with our help what may work best for you and how you fish.

This is a chance to try out Pro Anglers and Propel Kayaks that I do not rent out or demo on a day to day basis.

Lots of interest at Fred Hall so I am preparing for a busy weekend, with industry and pro staff guys there to help out.

However, speaking from experience, DO NOT CHECK THE SECONDARY STABILITY of the Cuda 12... It has none :hmmmm:
While demoing it, I went for an unexpected swim in dead flat water. That sucked!
Sheesh, none of the Hobies dumped me off.
