Laguna Niguel Lake?

I hear they are stocking the hell out of Laguna Niguel Lake, I tried to call to see if they allow Kayaks but they only have a recording. I checked the website and it dose not say... it dose say 5.00 to launch a Float tube, Dose anyone know if you can Kayak there?

Yea I don't think they have a launch ramp, so no kayaks would make sense.
