Very nice! The Salmon Grouper would be a rare catch for me out there.

Salmon Grouper in a butter, lemon, capers and white wine sauce = DELICIOUS!

Salmon grouper=boccasio rockfish. Just be sure to inspect the filet for parasites. They tend to have a lot of worms.

Cook em long enough parasite = extra protein;)

Looks like a Barred Sand Bass to me
