All the entries look like winners, honestly. But if you've never had bluegill or redear, do yourself a favor and try some. I had to vote for rhyak on this one.
Outstanding presentation by you guys... Truly! I love it. There's some great cooks among us.

Thanks William. I thought your bisque was going to take it for sure. You put a lot of thought, effort and creativity into your dish and it sounded and looked amazing. I look forward to seeing what you come up with next time.
