I don't see any plates. Sometimes those can be a pain in the ass.

Looks like a modified Harbor Freight trailer. That tounge mod. looks totaly not strong enough for towing behind a car. It would need to be modified and rewelded. Also it does not appear to be registered and might not have a DMV title. Could cost to re-register.

Seriously?! That thing looks way nicer than a harbor freight trailer.
