Alright- Most "old timers" on here know this, but if you post photo's here from an iPhone, or other smart phone, TURN OFF YOUR GPS.
One of my pet peeves about the internet is how much information you may or may not know you are putting out there for the masses to access. OPerational SECurity at all times. And I can tell you that right here, right now, that some of you are leaving GPS coordinates to your house on this website with your tape shots.
For the sake of your personal security and the security of those you live with, stop it.

Great advice or reminder!
That's why I'll only post pics/videos from my GoPros (after all that's why I bought them).

If you disable the GPS in your photos how will anyone know where your spots are?

Bump for the sake of sharing the knowledge, and not your personal info.

but that how I get all my fishing spots! ;)
As a parent of a teenage girl, this is good to know. I wonder if this applies to instagram...
Guess I have some research to do.
