Have only got out to LJ once this August. So I was ready to get out and go fishing. It was a beautiful day with mild sea all day long. Sorry for the bad picture. Was out by myself so no on water shot. But I have video of both fish. Sorry neither are edited and sorry for the narration. I was out a long time by myself

Time to get another Stringer!!!! You're killing it:)
Try this out:
Mix equal parts sugar and salt, add a bit of Cajun seasoning.
Coat one of the loins generously and roll with plastic wrap.
Place in fridge overnight.
Gently rinse of coating, pat dry, slice up and enjoy.

Nothing wrong with that picture except it needed to be rotated, otherwise 2 Yellows on the deck makes it a great picture. Congrats!
