How many of you use em? I got some from amazon but not sure I'll be keeping them. Might turn em back and get some paddling pants. They just feel too thick and clumsy...

They do get more flexible as you use them.
Unless they are neoprene.

I use a redington wader. I regularly use them during the colder months especially in the morning hours then I take them off as the weather gets warm. Only thing I regret is not getting the zippered front one. Hard to take a leak...

I have wader pants and like what was said above great for the morning and then you can taken them off if the day warms up. Also good if your out bugging at night.

Yeah I think I just go the wrong kind:neoprene maybe I should try them on the water before I return em but the foot part is kinda thick for the mirage drive http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/01/18/242dc46a0b82b5755cca6973b235d956.jpg

If the stocking foot waders barely fit the Mirage drive, then boot foot won't even more so.
I too use waders on those really cold mornings or nights. I usually change out of them on shore once it warms up though.

I have a pair of Redingtons that have served me well for about 4 years. The waterproof, breathable material is awesome, the DWR coating has the waders dry in about 15 minutes, that makes it easy to pack away. You get what you pay for in waders. If you are just using them to launch, then stow, you can get away with some $99 dollar neoprene bootie Hodgman's waders.
These won the best "Least Expensive Quality Wader" in a 2013 wader shootout review:
