Selling a brand new, never seen the water, Lowrance HDI 50/200/455/800 transducer. Came with a Elite 5 HDI I bought only to find that the 50/200 transducer won't fit in the Lowrance Ready spot on my Stealth 12 so I picked up a 80/200 and have no use for the 50/200.

They sell for ~$200 new, so price is $125. Hopefully this thing helps one of you pull a yellow out of the deep water this season. Send me a PM if you are interested or have a question.

let me see if i can try and move it to sammy for 150 $ be right back .;)
if i am not mistaken , most hobie users have had to hack into bracket ? please chime in . has anyone made this transducer fit without mods ? there was a recent post of someone claiming so , i tend to fell different, and believe that he was mistaken on transducer identity . i could be wrong . dialing sams number now . just trying to make a fair business deal . definitely a great price . one question i do have is , if the ducer did not , or does not fit the bay ? why don't they correct the problem ? is it because for the depths we are running , the 83 /200 is better ?

50/200 transducer fits just fine in the "lowrance ready" slot, no modification needed.

But is the hobie slot the same size as stealth?

TJones, not sure about all lowrance ready slots, but I needed zero modification for my 2014 PA 14 for the 50/200. Now the HDI 50/200/455/800 does need mod for bracket. I've had both of these transducers and installed everything myself.

Just an FYI, (not sure if you can return the 80/200.) but with a really simple fix that big HDI transducer will fit. That's what I used to have on my pro angler.

Sale is pending to Bert Vega, Lipripper it's yours if that falls through.

TJones, unfortunately the Lowrance ready spot on the older (~2009) Stealths were designed I think before HDI was a thing and unlike the PA Lowrance Ready area, the Stealth is much smaller and only really designed to take the small 83/200 standard ducer. Even the 83/200 HDI is a little too big but it works, I've just gotta be careful not to crush it loading and unloading from the roof of my car.

I've been out a few times with it since I made the switch and I am definitely impressed with the color HDI scan vs my old B&W. I think the 50/200 would be nice though especially now that most of the yellows are hiding below 180' and the 83/200 definitely seems to get a little less defined even at that depth.
