Fellas, I've decided to do something besides
fish, and cook fish. I've created a website
offering some tips and tricks about cooking
fish, along with how-to videos.

There will be new fish and seafood
recipes every week. So, I've got to keep
fishing and keep eating fish, every week.
By definition, it's a job.

But you and I know better...

fishermansbelly.com (http://www.fishermansbelly.com)

Also on Facebook.
Thanks for your years of support! Yanni

Yanni, awesome name and idea.

I really enjoyed our discussions on your plans to produce this cool fish eating site.

I look forward to your delicious recipes.

I googled your company name earlier today and google was no help?

Is the site up and if so Please post a link so all can see.

It will be fun fishing with you while you are at work and If I bring my camera, then I will be at work too, at least that is what we can tell our wives :D

I wish you the best of luck with this new venture.

Hey Yani,

Don't forget to tell the world on your website about adding marmalade/jam/jelly to glaze smoked fish right before it's done.

I shared a bunch of YFT coated in either Raspberry Jalapeno, Mango Habanero or Tropical Jam (from http://www.jackiesjamsandjellies.com/) this past weekend and it was a hit with everyone.

Thanks again for the idea, it really kicks my smoked fish up to the next level.
