We were told by a representative of Dept. F&W in a nut shell;<O:p></O:p>

Even if you feel your calls to the Cal-tip line have been un-answered, keep on calling. When a lot of calls come in for the same area, type of violations, etc., the call center supervisors will notice them.<O:p></O:p>
This in turn provides a stepping stone to take those calls more seriously and do something about it.<O:p></O:p>

So do not be disappointed by lack of response to your calls. Keep calling them if you see a violation and want to report it.<O:p></O:p>
