Kayak carrier

I see a lot of Craigslist posts for $40 kayak carriers that look similar to the Thule Hull-a-Port. Has anyone bought the Craigslist version or know anything about them?

Most them that you see are the generic TMS brand J-bar carriers. You can get better deals on ebay. I believe I got mine for ~$31 shipped. Came in 1-2 days!
