Within 2 miles, but people are catching and seeing them right pass the kelp lines in the corona del mar side and even reports of them being caught near the bait barge.

Is there a pipe near the entrance to the harbor? I have heard some reports of BIG ones readily eating the surface iron.

I caught 2 small ones yesterday by the west jetties so they're there..

The pipe is on the north side towarss hungtington beach, i think it feeds into the santa ana river.
