Where is "the pipe" in DP

I hear a lot about people in DP "fishing the pipe." What exactly does this mean? Is it an area? If so, how do you find it?

Hope it helps you get on it easily. Once you do it a few times it's easy. And it is a tackle eater if you're fishing it right. Use the Warbait heads if you're fishing plastics.
