Was having trouble on my PC so got a Mac, problem solved. Wife wanted the PC so it all worked out.

What device are you trying to load it on? PC? phone? Try refreshing and if that doesn't work maybe you don't have the active x control downloaded. Have you ever done that? If not then that is your problem.
