Pacbay blank

I have a Pac Bay blank that I'd like to give to someone who wraps rods with the hope that they could wrap it and donate it to a HOW or CCA raffle at what ever tournament comes along.

I got the blank maybe 10yrs ago after I stopped wrapping. It is a 7'6" composite rod, probably rated for 15-30lb.

I live in Lake Forest and don't mind meeting somewhere in between to make the drop off.
