Got out late today. On the water about 10:00am fished until 2:30pm. With this slack tide i didn't expect much but they were all over my Scampi.
Water was 61 - 64 deg. Beautiful day with a slight breeze. Here are some
pics I'll keep it short and sweet.
All fish released except: 1 Sculpin
2 Bass that were deep bleeders
1 Mac for the Hoops

No pics of the 3 other bass that were camera shy

Steve (Landwhale) had forewarned me of the 15 foot winter seawall of sand at SB. I had a helluva time scaling it with the Mini X and then the hoops last night. I am betting you launched elsewhere and paddled over. The birds were going ballistic in the dark, had me wondering if they were on squid. I did not bring a stick last night. Bet it was a bitchen day to be out there catchin.

That first pic makes the kayak look like it is floating on a green screen. weird.

Andy let me know when you can get out. Try walking (Parking near) in at Neptune they stop the wall there.

The far south end of the beach is still bermless though the beach is closed when the heavy equipment is working

Steve, I think Andy (Fillet mignon) talked me into going again tonight. He is launching around 5PM. I'll be there around 6:15:D
