I had the opportunity to talk to the Lowrance rep before purchasing my elite chirp 5 and he indicated no significant differences per the new series. Between West Marine and Lowrance, I ended up getting a crazy deal. Once rigged, those sneaky wsb won't stand a chance. Ha
