Couple of LA Harbor Sandbass 12-13

Paddled out this morning a little later than I had planned on..genius neighbor parked in front of my garage and wasn't answering his phone or texts :doh: Anywho launched from the queensway boat launch fished around the Queenmary and along the rock wall behind the cruise ship. Managed two sandbass, one on a small swimbait near the launch the other was on a warbaits skirted jig. Both fish hit the lures on the drop. I paddled around 5 miles today which I know isn't a lot, but it is a stepping stone to being able to paddle to the wall comfortably and finally hang a calico from my kayak.

Nice report. I fish the harbor a lot and it's been VERY slow for me the last few times out. Good to see someone scratch a few out.
