Cuttlefish and meatballs in tomato sofrito. Maybe the most legit thing in Catalan cuisine.

Its more "hard" and taste almost like
shellfish..... I prefer over squid and octopus....

hawaii favorite with beer. i would pound dried cuttlefish when i lived in the islands.
