I thought we were supposed to keep the shark encounters on the hush hush.

She's just a clean freak. ..but that's a good thing as we balance out. Problem solved with efficiency in the process. ..then everyone's happy.

That shark has been hanging out at DP for at least three years. I've run into and/or hooked it up (By accident) several times. Last year he put on a cool show by jumping about 6 feet out of the water, he had just taken a bonito I had hooked up. His name is Bob, and he owes me.
Besides, he's our mascot...

Surprised she was the one holding up the mangled leopard carcass. Fear, no fear, trying to a cool video, what ever, let go of the damn rope n give the tax man his due. Mije

Sharks have astoundingly good memories. It doesn't seem to be such a great idea to be dangling your catch in the water like that, not only for you but also for other kayakers.

Looks like a juvenile. Lucky he did not experience an adult...........then he would experience real fear.

I guess saving the game clip was worth risking a tip-over.
The learning tip here is to a) to have the fish in the kayak, B) to use a rope stringer, so it can be cut.

This guy drives me nuts. I have seen him post some pics of really short fish. This is not the first time he has been on the news for a shark encounter.
Don't you remember this guy?

Wow, seems like he is inviting them to do this, 2 videos with sharks wanting his dangling catch.

Well, leopard shark is not bad eating.
However, it is possible that this angler is using it as an attractor.
If he keeps giving video clips to TV stations. Does he call them?

I'm almost positive this is the same guy as these previous posts. My buddy bought kayak off him, and he informed us he mainly fishes dp, targeting leopards and enjoys eating them. Dude was definitely out there, at least for my likening.
