Looks like the phantom 4...about $1400 but easy to control via smartphone or tablet. Touch your target and it will do the rest...will even avoid hitting obstructions and will warn you if out of range.

someone will have some popular youtube kayak fishing channels using this thing.

My first thought was "where is that beautiful place where we can catch tuna in the surf?"
