I was wondering if kayaks can just swoop into a spot when there are 15+ boats in line waiting to get their scoops. Also dude said it was $20 for scoops even when I told him I wanted a kayak scoop. Shoot I don't know as its my first time with a kayak lol. I read on here somewhere that you can ask for that and just pay 10 with 5 for tip. No matter most important was the whole pulling in real quick while boats were waiting in line. Don't want to piss any boats off lol.

Haven't bought bait there since the jacked it up to $20 for a kayak scoop. I think you'd piss off a few boaters if you tried to cut in line.

Id say get it line with the other boats. The bigger boats take a while but smaller PBs are just as fast as a kayak, so no justification there. They just raised the prices from $10 to $20 for a kayak scoop. I guess you picked the wrong year to start fishing.
