Food truck in the Toys R us parking lot corner of Industrial and Moss in Chula Vista. Don't know if they are there on the weekend, but they are there every weekday. They have even been on food network. Awesome fish tacos and burritos. They are the best I have had.

I'll check it out...may have seen it...there's a food truck at the top of Texas st too that has a following of people.
